We are happy to deliver quality in-home medical care to Long Island and NYC.  Our mission is to prevent unnecessary, long emergency room visits and keep our patients out of the hospital if possible.

We treat acute and chronic illnesses in the home in order to keep our patients healthy, independent and comfortable.  We manage long-term conditions, for example: Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Hypertension.  We can be used as a patient's Primary Care Physician or used as needed.  We are here when you need us!

Our physicians are equipped to perform most procedures that normally take place in a medical office.  We use electronic medial records that comply with HIPPA regulations.  We will coordinate patient's services for mobile labs, mobile imaging, home health referrals, home hospice referrals, specialist referrals and durable medical equipment.

Fee Schedule​

We have chosen to be open about our pricing (see below).  This transparency allows interested patients to assess the value of our services with no pressure or obligation.

Platinum Members: 1 house call included in membership, then $500 each additional house call
Gold Members: $1,000 per house call
Non-members: $1,500 per house call
